Registration for one AGM delegate plus one guest to the evening receptions.

Includes attendance for one delegate to all General Sessions, Evening Events and Exhibition on April 28, 29 and 30, plus a pass for the delegate to bring one guest to the ISDA Welcome Reception on the evening of April 28 and the ISDA AGM Reception on the evening of April 29. Evening event guest passes do not include admittance to general sessions and exhibitions. Guest passes are not intended for use by colleagues and are only available for those who do not work in the industry. Evening event guest passes are meant for use by a spouse, partner, family member to allow access to the evening social events.

How it works:

  1. Register for the AGM
  2. Once you receive your confirmation, send your friend or colleague to the ISDA AGM Registration page to register and have them enter your email address in the referral box under the method of payment section.
  3. That’s it! Your friend will automatically receive 10% off of their registration fee and you will receive a 10% rebate on your fee.

The Fine Print:

  • The person(s) you refer must be a new registration and they must attend the AGM.
  • Cannot be combined with other promos.
  • Discount applies to base registration fee only and does not apply to registration plus evening guest fee.
  • Unlimited number of referrals, but limited to one rebate per person, per AGM.
  • Those registering with the referral discount will not be eligible for a rebate on their registration.
  • Rebates will be issued following the close of the AGM. The rebate will be credited back to the account used for payment.

POLICIES

All attendees will be required to agree to all terms and policies set out and/or referenced in the registration form

Payment

Payments must be received at the time of registration by credit card.  If an alternative form of payment was approved and has not been received by Tuesday, April 7 the registration will be cancelled.  If payment has still not been received within 14 business days after the conference, the credit card given as a guarantee will be charged.  In order to expedite wire transfer payments, please include the name of the delegate on the wire transfer.  You will receive an email from accounting@isda.org with your invoice/receipt attached within 2 business days.

Cancellation

The registration fee is refunded if written cancellation is received via email to conferences@isda.org on or before Tuesday, April 7, 2026 (by 5:00pm New York time). Substitutions are accepted, but please notify the ISDA office in advance.

COVID-19 Cancellation Policy Exemption: If you test positive for COVID-19, or are otherwise unable to travel to Boston for this event due to public health quarantine requirements or government-mandated restrictions and it is past the cancellation deadline, ISDA will allow a special exception to the stated cancellation policy. You must send written notice via the email listed above to ISDA with your cancellation request and we will refund your registration fee. If ISDA is unable to hold the event due to government or public health restrictions, then all delegates will receive a refund.

Except as provided in the above cancellation policy, the registration fee is not refundable. In particular, but without limitation, the registration fee is not refundable where ISDA cancels the conference due to circumstances outside of its control.

For the avoidance of doubt, where ISDA cancels the conference due to circumstances outside of its control, including as a result of government or public health restrictions, or where ISDA has refunded the registration fee pursuant to the above COVID-19 Cancellation Policy Exemption, ISDA will not be responsible for other costs, such as travel, that you may have incurred in connection with your attendance at the conference.

  • The registration fee is for one person to attend the entire event and may not be split between multiple attendees.
  • Evening event guests are permitted to attend only the ISDA AGM Welcome Reception and the ISDA AGM Reception. Attendance at conference sessions, exhibition hall and other event areas is not permitted.
