General Sessions and the exhibition will take place at the adjacent Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. There is direct access to the Passenger Terminal via the Mövenpick hotel.

• Hotel rooms are reserved for delegates registered to attend the ISDA AGM only.
• Availability is limited. Reservations are first come first served.
• Delegates are responsible for making their hotel hotel and travel arrangements.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Changes and cancellations of individual room reservations made before April 9, 2024 will be accepted without penalty. Any cancellations received after April 9, 2024 (venue local time) will be charged 100% of the rate for the entire length of stay. Note, cancellation of your hotel room does not cancel your AGM Registration and vice versa.

Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

NOTE: Delegates must be registered and paid to attend the ISDA 39^th AGM before ISDA will issue a letter of invitation and other required visa documentation. Your registration fee will be refunded if your visa application is denied
