Room Block |
ISDA has arranged a special group rate at the Shangri-La Singapore. Rooms have been reserved for AGM attendees from 11 April 2027 to 16 April 2027. Availability is limited and rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Please book using the hotel reservation link below before the cut-off date to secure the negotiated rate.
If you have already booked a room within the ISDA room block and need to extend your stay, modify your reservation, or have any other enquiries, please contact the hotel reservations team directly at MICEreservations.sls@shangri-la.com and reference “ISDA” in the subject line. To request additional nights, please make your AGM booking first and then contact the hotel to amend your dates.
Room Block Info
- ISDA has reserved rooms in the Tower Wing at Shangri-La Singapore. Please see the Shangri-La Singapore website for further information about the hotel and its accommodation.
- The following room rates are available to AGM delegates, subject to availability:
- Tower Wing Deluxe Room, single occupancy, including breakfast: S$375++ per room, per night
- Tower Wing Deluxe Room, double or twin occupancy, including breakfast: S$405++ per room, per night
- Tower Wing Deluxe Room, room only: S$345++ per room, per night
- Breakfast-inclusive rates include daily breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi. The room-only rate does not include breakfast. Please note, breakfast will be served at the event the morning of Apr 14 and 15.
- All room rates are quoted in Singapore dollars and are subject to the prevailing service charge and Goods and Services Tax (above rates marked with ‘+ +’). The current aggregate charge is 19.9% and is subject to change if the applicable rates change.
- Check-in and check-out times: Standard check-in time is 15:00 hrs and standard check-out time is 12:00 hrs local time.
- The special group rate is available for stays from 11 to 16 April 2027. Subject to availability, the group rate may also be available for up to three days before 11 April and three days after 16 April 2027.
- Rooms must be booked by 27 March 2027. After this date, accommodation will be subject to availability and the hotel’s prevailing best available rate.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Please review carefully to ensure you do not incur any penalties.
- Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to and including 10 March 2027.
- If you cancel after 10 March 2027, you will be charged 100% of the room rate for your full reserved stay.
- Please check the cancellation terms displayed during the booking process carefully before confirming your reservation.
Any no show, late cancellation or early departure will be charged full room rate amount excluding city tax.

The letter of invitation request form is required for ISDA to issue the documentation to support your visa application. Please click the link below. If you have any questions please email conferences@isda.org.
NOTE: Delegates must be registered and paid to attend the ISDA 41st AGM before ISDA will issue a letter of invitation and other required visa documentation. Your registration fee will be refunded if your visa application is denied.
