ISDA has a room block available at the Omni Hotel at the Seaport.

The ISDA hotel block rates are available from 23 to 30 April, which includes the event dates (28 – 30 April). Room Info

  • ISDA has reserved rooms in both the Artist Tower and the Patron Tower at the Omni Hotel. Please see their official website for detailed descriptions of each room type.
  • There are three (3) room types to choose from in the room block, subject to availability:
    • Artist Tower Studio – 1 King Bed – $359 per night
    • Deluxe Patron Tower Room – 2 Queen Beds – $379 per night
    • Deluxe Patron Tower Room – 1 King Bed – $379 per night
    • Premier Patron Tower Room – 1 King Bed – $419 per night
  • Rate does not include breakfast. Breakfast will be served at the event the morning of Apr 29 and 30.
  • All special room rates are quoted net non-commissionable and are exclusive of appropriate state and local taxes, fees and assessments, currently 16.45% and are subject to change without notice.
  • Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM

    Hotel Cancellation Policy

    Please review carefully to ensure you do not incur any penalties.

    • Cancel before March 5th to avoid one-night room and tax penalty
    • Cancel after March 5th but before March 26th to avoid full stay penalty
    • If you cancel after March 26th, you will be responsible for the full stay penalty

    Any no show, late cancellation or early departure will be charged full room rate amount including breakfast, excluding city tax.

    TRAVEL

    Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

    The letter of invitation request form is required for ISDA to issue the documentation to support your visa application. Please click the link below. If you have any questions please email conferences@isda.org.

    NOTE: Delegates must be registered and paid to attend the ISDA 40th AGM before ISDA will issue a letter of invitation and other required visa documentation. Your registration fee will be refunded if your visa application is denied.
