There will be a room block at an overflow hotel with a comparable rate located within walking distance of the conference venue announced shortly. To register interest for accommodation at the overflow hotel, please contact javis@isda.org.

With its fantastic location in the heart of Amsterdam, this 4-star hotel is within walking distance of Amsterdam’s historical city centre, its central station and many museums. With Schiphol Airport only 20 minutes away, the hotel provides prime access to all the wonders of magical Amsterdam.
AGM events will take place both at the Mövenpick Hotel and at the adjacent Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. There is direct access to the Passenger Terminal via the Mövenpick hotel.
Block Details
- Hotel rooms are reserved for delegates registered to attend the ISDA AGM only
- Availability is limited. Reservations are first come first served
- The ISDA block room rate is available during the event, May 13 – 15 as well as 3 days before and 3 days after the event date subject to availability
- Delegates are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements
Room Type
- Reservations at the Mövenpick are Run of House (ROH). A specific room type is not guaranteed and will be assigned by the hotel at check-in subject to availability. Requests for King bed or two single beds may be made in the reservation requests during the booking process, but are not guaranteed.
- Check-in: 3:00 PM / Check-out: 12:00 PM
Room Rate
€289/night (excluding nights of May 13 and May 14)
- Rate includes hotel breakfast
€279/night (on May 13 and May 14)
- Rate excludes hotel breakfast. Breakfast will be served at the event
- Room rates include VAT, service charge and complimentary Wi-Fi
- City tax of 12.5% is not included in the rate. City tax is subject to change as per Dutch regulations.
- Room rate is based on single occupancy. A supplement of €20 per room, per night is charged for double occupancy.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Upon booking, it is no longer possible to cancel the reservation free of charge. As this is a group booking, cancellation will be charged to the guest for the whole stay.
Any no show, late cancellation or early departure will be charged full room rate amount including breakfast, excluding city tax.

The letter of invitation request form is required for ISDA to issue the documentation to support your visa application. Please click the link below. If you have any questions please email conferences@isda.org.
NOTE: Delegates must be registered and paid to attend the ISDA 39th AGM before ISDA will issue a letter of invitation and other required visa documentation. Your registration fee will be refunded if your visa application is denied.
